ScreenAware is a tool for monitoring the user's working time on various duties. After starting ScreenAware, you need to create an account with your username, e-mail address and password, and then enter the name of the project and define it with tags. We can add more projects to get detailed information about the time we have spent on them.
By clicking on the "report" button we will be moved to the website and there we will get acquainted with the chart of our activity (it can be additionally downloaded as an Excel file). Not all user actions will be tracked by this tool. If you are using ScreenAware, you can choose whether you want to monitor every activity at any time of the day, or only for a certain time, or only for actions performed in specific applications (e.g.
web browser and office suite). It is also possible to set breaks during which ScreenAware will be inactive. ScreenAware is designed so that you don't have to worry about any data leakage.
The program monitors the work on the computer, but only for the needs of the person who uses it. The manufacturer shall ensure that all information contained in the tool memory is encrypted and made available using appropriate security measures.
