CoreOrganizer is a useful application whose task is to support the work of people who carry out specific projects on behalf of other entities. It can be successfully used as a tool supporting the work of programmers, webmasters, graphic designers, etc. The programme significantly facilitates the implementation of individual projects and its tasks.

It helps us to plan all the projects entrusted to us in detail, to meet the deadlines agreed, e.g. with the customer, and also enables the creation of a database with contact details of contractors, thus improving contact with them. From the application level, we can also write and collect all kinds of notes, including attachments with useful documents, graphics, etc.

The application also allows us to write and collect all kinds of notes. CoreOrganizer allows you to handle any number of projects for different people and define for each of them (apart from basic data) parameters such as project value, work progress or number of participants. Communication with the client can be carried out through a tool built into the application or directly from the web page, from where it can track progress, as well as send comments and information, if any.

It is also possible to exchange files between colleagues. From the program level, we can outsource selected tasks to subcontractors using CoreOrganizer. Thanks to this, these people create separate projects, which are related to a given task.

When our subcontractors carry them out, the status of the whole project will be updated. We will also be informed about various important events, e.g. messages from a subcontractor.
