The popularity of the adventures of plumber Mario, created by Nintendo, also had an impact on the work of developers making free games. Secret Maryo Chronicles is a colorful project trying to recreate the phenomenon of the original platformer with the use of newly prepared graphic elements. Many hands helped with it, trying to get something very interesting together.

It was possible to work out quite a coherent vision of a colourful world, traversed by a nice hero in a handkerchief on his head. Of course, the mechanics of the game was taken from the original. So we are dealing with collecting coins, jumping enemies over their heads, digging turtle shells, and naturally hiding in pipes and collecting special powers.

The fungus enlarges the figure, and the flower gives fireballs. Collecting the lights not only increases the score, but also allows you to save the state of the game at any time. This costs 3,000 points to earn.

An additional attraction of Secret Maryo Chronicles is the built-in level editor. Just press F8 after loading a stage and you can play with moving elements on maps or adding new ones from the game's object library.
