HR and Payroll is a module of RAKSSQL system supporting HR and payroll accounting departments. It allows for freedom in the creation of payroll components of remuneration, as well as the introduction of own formulas for calculating payroll components. It ensures all settlements with ZUS in full cooperation with the latest version of Płatnik.

The module is equipped with an interesting attachment management system, which gives the possibility of attaching documents in electronic form (e.g. scan of employment certificate, medical certificate). Unlike most other solutions of this type, the special feature of RAKSSQL is the use of a free database server (to download separately - details in the description), which can work not only under the control of Microsoft Windows but also on Linux systems, which significantly reduces implementation costs.
