Nowy Rozkrój is the most popular program on the Polish market to optimize cutting and minimize waste in production with the use of furniture boards, sheet metal, glass and similar materials. After selecting the type of sheet and entering the data of individual formats or finished products, the program starts the process of optimization. When drawing, the following are taken into account:
the cut (saw width), the structure of the element (grain) and technological limitations introduced by the user, such as basing, cutting into strips and the like. A properly configured program first uses "waste", i.e. incomplete sheets, and then spreads on full discs.
Optimization is carried out simultaneously for five different criteria: percentage of waste (material consumption), number of diagrams (different patterns), length of cut (saw course), number of cuts (prefers long cuts), and number of packages (the simplest implementation). Independently of each other, optimal spreads are generated for each of the above criteria, and the program enables their immediate preview and comparison.
Acceptance of the outline results in the printing of the outline and updating of the sheet and waste warehouse. Optionally, labels for finished items can be printed. Special versions of the program allow you to control SCM, Altendorf or Holzma saw blades, taking into account the specific requirements of the machines as to the characteristics of the stroke (e.g.
number of revolutions, sequence of cuts, or arrangement of elements). Demo session of the program allows you to check its capabilities, but it will not generate a full scale.
