xrecode II is a sound file converter for Windows, which thanks to the computing power of multi-core processors allows simultaneous conversion of multiple tracks (24 and 32-bit). The program converts files saved in mp3, mp2, wma, aiff, amr, ogg, flac, ape, cue, ac3, wv, mpc, mid, cue, tta, yes, wav, wav(rf64), dts, m4a, m4b, mp4, ra, rm, aac, avi, mpg, vob, mkv, mka, flv, swf, mov, ofr, wmv, divx, m4v, spx, 3gp, 3g2, m2v, m4v, ts, m2ts, adts, shn, yes, xm, mod, s3m, it, mtm, umx and mlp for formats: m4a, alac, ape, flac, mp3, mp4, ogg, raw, wav, wav(rf64), wma, WavPack, mpc, mp2, Speex, ofr, ac3, aiff, yes, snd, Shorten and Opus.

With this program you can also transfer music stored on Audio-CD discs to your computer's hard drive, saving it to a selected format (e.g. MP3). xrecode II also offers the possibility to export or import metadata to or from an external file and the function of extracting audio from FLV, AVI and MOV video files.

xrecode II also supports MP4 and MKA, and files saved in these formats can be divided into fragments in any chosen format. You can also merge input files into one large sound file and create a CUE worksheet.
