xpy is a tiny tool that allows you to change many hidden Windows 2000/XP/2003 settings, allowing you to change the default parameters responsible for performance, privacy and security of the operating environment. The program allows you to easily disable any Internet-based communication with Microsoft's servers, deactivate unnecessary services, change many standard settings for Internet Explorer and Windows Media Player, and remove Windows Messenger. xpy does not require installation, and is limited to indicating the default options to be changed.
