Xobni is an add-on for Microsoft Outlook. Its task is to help you manage your mailbox by automatically collating threads, sorting attachments or finally creating a network of related contacts. The add-on is visible as a side bar inside the Outlook window.

It cooperates with Outlook 2003, 2007 and 2010 editions. Separately, the application can also be downloaded for BlackBerry smartphones. Thanks to the application we can see additional information about the sender - his photo or contact details.

In addition, the add-on will help you to quickly access and catalog files attached to e-mails of selected people. Particularly noteworthy is the search engine, which provides access to a wide range of data related to e-mail. Other features of Xobni include browsing the history of received or sent e-mails, access to sender profiles on social networks, automatic address book or cooperation with mobile phones.

Since version 2.0 a new, refreshed interface has appeared in Xobni, as well as tools designed to reduce spam. Especially useful is the function that allows you to restore emails that were mistakenly marked by the program as garbage. In addition to the standard, free version, users can also purchase the Xobni Pro edition.

Users of the add-on can also use the e-shop with gadgets extending its capabilities.
