Visual Studio Team Foundation Server Express 2013 is a free groupware server for small development teams, the younger brother of Team Foundation Server, which has been present on the market for many years. TFS Express is a new member of the Express product family, which is also free for commercial use and enables an easy start with Microsoft programming technologies. Team Foundation Server Express allows a team of up to five programmers to work.

The server stores the source code of the application and other solucji files, offers extensive version control mechanisms, as well as automatic compilations. The biggest advantage of the software is full and built-in integration with Visual Studio 2013 environment (also in Express versions), thanks to which the cooperation between the two programs takes place smoothly. As the development team grows, you can purchase more access licenses for newcomers or migrate the entire environment to the full Team Foundation Server, which is much more extensive.
