StrokesPlus is a free tool that allows you to significantly improve your computer experience by adding mouse gestures to your system. With them, you can perform simple but frequent operations that usually also require the use of a keyboard. The program offers a set of easy-to-use functions for creating mouse gestures, as well as their subsequent use when working with a computer.
It is possible to create actions available globally, as well as only from a selected application. The process of creating a new gesture is limited to saving the selected movement of the mouse cursor in the program, selection of the so called modifier key/button and one of the available actions. Once configured correctly, StrokesPlus is ready to go.
From the system level we can make gestures with the mouse (with the modifier button pressed), and the actions assigned to them will be performed automatically. If you don't want gestures to be supported from an application, you only need to add it to the list of ignored applications. StrokesPlus allows you to automate both simple keyboard operations (e.g.
copy, cut or paste), as well as other, much more complicated ones - rumbling/mute the sound, closing active windows and applications, scrolling in any direction, and so on. If, despite everything, we can't find the one we're interested in on the extensive list of supported actions, we can easily program our own - the program supports its own scripting language.
