Shadow Warrior is a game that took technology from the unforgettable Duke Nukem 3D design and spiced it with a lot of Asian humor. Maybe she did not repeat the success of her predecessor, but she was certainly one of the most recognizable FPP shooters on the market years ago. It has even seen a modern restart, thanks to which the original was made available for download completely free of charge.

The action takes place in Japan. The main character, Lo Wang, whose name is quite eloquent in English slang, has to face the dark forces of his former boss when he decides to control the world and, by the way, kills his martial arts teacher. Heros starts the battle armed with katana, gadgets straight from the ninja warriors' movies, as well as many interestingly designed weapons, including...

hearts and heads of defeated enemies. There was also a more traditional rifle or a decent rocket launcher. The game was one of the first to combine with three-dimensional objects in place of constantly rotated front to the player's flat bitmaps.

Here you will find advanced environmental geometry, multi-level rooms, modern for the past, graphic effects such as fog or transparent water. From the gameplay side, we have the option of climbing ladders plus occasional rides in various vehicles, and weapons have alternative shot modes. There are also turrets.

In order to install the game, you need to download the Steam program - a special Internet platform that allows you not only to buy and download computer games, but also to keep in touch with friends, who can, for example, be invited to play the game.
