ScanPapyrus allows you to scan single pages, magazines, books or any other paper documents, and then offers the ability to save them in PDF, DjVu or TIFF format or a graphic file. Of course, the tool can work in batch mode, thanks to which the activity of the user who wants to scan even a thick book is limited to the minimum necessary. ScanPapyrus can scan every page within a certain time period, so that the user has a moment to turn the page every time.
There is also an option to scan entire layouts, which the program will automatically split into two pages. More demanding customers will appreciate that after scanning documents using ScanPapyrus to PDF format we can save it to a file of a certain weight. Thanks to this, we will be able to send it without any problems, e.g.
to a bank, which requires delivery of e.g. 2-MB of our account history. This option is also available for other, previously created PDFs using a different program.
ScanPapyrus includes powerful configuration options that allow you to take advantage of the automatic paper source selection feature on automatic document feeders. The program also includes double-sided scanning, page alignment, trimming unnecessary areas (e.g. black bars created by the scanner) or increasing contrast and white balance.
