Production by CTI is a tool fully integrated with Comarch ERP Optima software. This program gives you full control over production, which allows you to reduce costs, improve the timeliness and quality of your products. Production by CTI tool enables easy generation of production guides (product control cards) on the basis of technology and production orders.

The system also creates production schedules, taking into account the availability of production resources and allows you to monitor the progress of orders on an ongoing basis and to enter actual production costs. It makes it easy to record production processes from the number of production employees, production order processing time, used materials to by-products (waste), and everything can be done using touch panels and barcode scanners. Depending on the applied version of the program, it can be used in unit production, or in large series production using:

work cards (guides), touch panels and/or barcode readers. You can also enter data into the program manually from the notes of the production employees.
