PortScan is a free program that allows you to detect all devices connected to the network. It will let you know your IP addresses and what services are available for each network device. Using port scanning, the application will display all open ports as well as additional information such as hostname, MAC address, HTTP, SMB, FTP, iSCSI, SMTP, SNMP, MySQL and MongoDB details.
IP address scanning can be done on a large scale (up to 100 threads). PortScan offers search functionality for enabled UPnP devices, Bonjour system service, Netgear router, Synology NAS devices, Epson projectors, Samsung printers, HP (SLP) printers, MSA network devices, Freecom network devices and Ipv6 devices. You can find them even without knowing your IP address, which can be very useful in some situations.
You can also use PortScan to check the speed of your Internet connection by performing a test to download and transfer data to different servers. However, the user will check not only the speed, but also the delays and operation of open ports.
