PlayIt Recorder is a free audio recorder, allowing you to capture and record audio tracks to WAV/MP3 files from any source - microphone, line-in port and more. Its strong advantage is the task schedule, which gives the user the possibility to automate the work of the program. The program, despite its small size, gives a lot of possibilities to configure the recordings, while being very easy to use.

It offers 2 recording modes, manual, user-initiated at any time and automatic, according to the set schedule. In the case of the latter, the creators do not impose any restrictions on the number of defined programs and tasks within the schedule. After starting PlayIt Recorder works in the system tray.

By default, all recorded sounds are saved in lossless WAV format, but from the settings level you can change the output file with the sound to MP3 and set its quality. Among the available functions you will also find the option of creating a schema of file names in which the soundtrack will be saved, indicating their location or defining the time after which our recordings will be automatically deleted.
