Photon is a screenshot creation and sharing tool that also allows you to capture OCR content and record desktop activities to an MP4 or AVI video file. Once you have made a screenshot of the area you have selected with Photon, you can share it online (e.g. by e-mail, Facebook or Twitter), save it in the clipboard and copy it to any document (e.g.

a presentation), save it on your hard drive or mobile device, or print it. From the main program window we can define key tool options. We are talking primarily about the storage path and formats of screenshot files and recorded videos.

It is also possible to enter text into the work using a predefined font of any colour and size. If necessary, Photon also allows you to restore the settings to the default settings. Photon has a minimalist user interface.

When using the application, all the necessary functions are placed on two (horizontal and vertical) transparent bars filled with the necessary icons, so that we have a very quick access to the necessary options, and the application works in a discreet way.
