Photopus Free Edition is a free and functionally limited edition of a popular graphics processing tool. With its help it is possible to perform simple processing and conversion of both individual graphic files, as well as their entire sets. The advantage of the program is undoubtedly an intuitive graphical interface, which is operated in a way that resembles working with a wizard.

At each stage of the application, we load the graphics that we want to process, indicate filters that will be used during processing, define the output format and the location where the modified images will be saved. In the free version of Photopus Free Edition, we are provided with basic filters and tools that enable efficient renaming of files and image size according to a set template, manipulation of such parameters as brightness, contrast, color balance or saturation, as well as applying various types of interesting graphic effects to photos. The application supports most of the most popular graphic formats, including BMP, GIF, JPG, JP2, JPC, J2C, J2K, PSD, PDD, PCT, PICT, TGA, ICB, VDA, TIF, ICO, WBMP, WAP, WBM, EXR, PNM, PBM, PGM, PPM, XPM and TIFF and GIF.

Compared to the paid version, there is no support for any RAW files created by more professional digital cameras, or the possibility of applying watermarks on photos.
