PC Wizard is one of the most advanced tools for identifying and analyzing hardware and software installed in the computer. It was created in 1996 by the author of the popular CPU-Z and since then it has been constantly developed, thanks to which it is characterized by support for both older and the latest computer components. The program provides detailed information about components such as motherboards, processors, RAMs, graphics and sound cards, hard drives, CD/DVD drives, printers, network interfaces, flash drives and even BIOS and system configuration - services, libraries, upgrades, Microsoft software, DirectX, hardware performance and many more.
From the PC Wizard we can view all the system files, including Config.nt, Autoexec.nt, Detlog.txt, Bootlog.txt, System.ini, Win.ini, Config.dos, Autoexec.dos, etc., and get access to passwords used in applications such as Outlook, Internet Explorer, MSN Messenger and during Dialup connections. The tool also allows you to read current data from sensors (if available), i.e. temperature, voltage or fan speed.
In addition to PC hardware identification, the Wizard also offers a set of benchmarks to test the overall performance of the entire computer, as well as the CPU, RAM, graphics, disk and drives. In addition, with their help, we will test the performance of the hardware, e.g. when compressing MP3 files.
After the benchmarks are completed, charts are displayed, showing the individual parameters of the work and the number of points achieved. The collected information can be printed, saved in TXT, RTF, HTML, PDF or CSV files and sent by e-mail.
