The PCDJ DEX is a professional tool for DJs and musicians, designed to mix sounds and music on a computer. The application is characterized by a huge number of different functions, supporting the creation and mixing of sounds. It also reads entire contents of Audio CDs and supports the most popular file formats MP3, OGG, AVI, MOV, MKV, FLAC, M4A and many more.

In the program we can create and mix music using ready-made loops, sound files (samples), an acoustic spectrum analyzer and using various effects allowing to manipulate the played sound. In addition, you'll find the necessary Beat Skip function for jumping along and across the track without falling out of rhythm. Also worth mentioning is the vinyl simulation tool, which has additional effects of slowing down or playing any musical song from behind.

The interface of the program is extensive and convenient to use. It consists of a professional and multifunctional mixer, sound and song playlists and various elements for karaoke and video mixing. PCDJ DEX has better organization and management of multimedia library and editing of ID3 tags compared to the previous edition of the program.

The program has automatic BPM detection, option to monitor the main signal, and fully supports effects using free VST plug-ins. There is also a function to automatically adjust the volume of songs. The advantage of the PCDJ DEX application is the possibility of cooperation with other devices designed exclusively for DJs (DENON DN-HC4500, Stanton SCS.4Dj, American Audio VM4 or Zomo MC1000).
