Opera Developer is a test version of the popular Opera, the first version in the whole publishing cycle of the browser. This makes it the least stable, but it is also the first to be equipped with the latest features. Since this version of the program includes all experimental functions in the first place and at this stage the stability of their work is not known, this program is recommended mainly to advanced users who are interested in tests and novelties, but are aware of the risks associated with the stability of the program.

Features tested in the Developer release are finally released in beta and only then in a stable version of the Opera. New versions of programs are released every few weeks.
