Miro Video Converter is a free application that converts video files to the needs of mobile devices such as iPod, iPhone, PSP or working on the Android platform. The program is based on FFMPEG video engine. Files can be converted to formats such as MP4, WebM (vp8), Ogg and Teheora.

Miro Video Converter works with Miro, so that the videos we download can be customized to play on e.g. iPod. Miro Video Converter has a simple interface that allows you to convert files quickly.

Just drop the selected video into the program window and then select the device to which you want to send it from the option bar. The application converts the file that you can then place on the selected mobile device. In the preferences panel, you can check if Miro Video Converter updates are available.
