KaliBronek is a CAD raster calibration tool that, in addition to the calibration itself, enables convenient editing and management of raster images. The program uses a unique way to determine adjustment points. It consists in drawing in CAD ordinary lines connecting points on the grid with the target points on the drawing.
This gives you great control over the calibration process and allows you to easily edit the adjustment points. In addition, the whole process can be significantly accelerated in the case of maps containing a grid of crosses, thanks to a special tool for "quick calibration to the grid". Grids can be calibrated using multiple transformation models:
by similarity, affinity, affinity, affinity, two-line, polynomial, 2nd and 3rd degree. A pioneering solution that allows you to calibrate any, even very deformed raster, is the ability to apply Hausbrandt patches in each of the above mentioned methods of transformation. The program is equipped with a number of editing tools:
painting (cleaning) the selected area, inversion, trimming, gluing, noise reduction, and even removing the trace after cutting to the section frame. An interesting solution is the ability to edit a fragment of the raster in a selected external editor. KaliBronek enables many wholesale operations on raster files connected to a CAD drawing:
saving georeferencing, zooming to a group of rasters, changing the colour and transparency of raster in a CAD drawing, file format conversions, compression, color palette and many more. The tool works with MicroStation CAD platforms (95, SE, v7/J, v8, v8, v8 2004 Edition, XM, v8i, Connect Edition and derivative versions: PowerDraft, PowerMap, GeoOutlook, Redline, Navigator), AutoCAD (from 2000 to 2016, AutoCAD LT - only with LT Extender or Cadsta Max), IntelliCAD and derivatives (from version 6, including BricsCAD, ZwCAD+, GStarCAD, progeCAD and others), DesignCAD (from version 12) and CorelDRAW/Corel DESIGNER (from version 12).
