HyperCam is used to record video sequences from all or a selected part of the Windows desktop and voice through a microphone. The program saves the film as a standard, easy to process file in AVI format. Films created with the help of HyperCam can be very helpful as training materials, software demonstrations and so on.

The number of applications is very large. For some users, a Polish language interface, rarely seen in this type of programs, can be an advantage.
