A very useful program for detecting codecs used e.g. in a selected movie. After loading the AVI file you will get information about which codec variant has been encoded video (Video Format), audio (Audio Format) and whether you have installed the appropriate codecs to watch the movie in your system.

The program also provides additional information about the file: video resolution, number of frames, video and audio quality. A useful option is the ability to perform a simulation (Render) if the file is opened correctly.

Through the program we will also learn a list of audio and video codecs installed in the system.
