GlassWire is a free tool for monitoring and analysing network activity. It allows you to easily view applications, processes and system services using a network connection, block selected components from accessing the Internet or view statistics of incoming and outgoing transfers in a given period of time. The program is characterized by simple operation and a modern and refined graphical interface, whose appearance can be changed thanks to the motifs.

All functions available within it are arranged in special tabs. These include tools and options for graphical analysis of incoming and outgoing transfers, support for the built-in firewall, monitoring the amount of data sent to/from the network, and notifying the user of components establishing a connection to the Internet. GlassWire, apart from the possibility of a general analysis of the use of the connection with the network, can also be successfully used to control various types of pests.

From its level we can easily detect suspicious processes, e.g. stealing confidential data, and then block their access to the Internet.
