File Commentor is a small application that allows you to comment on any file. On the face of it, this tool may not be useful, because the content of a given file usually specifies its name, but we often have to deal with exceptions (e.g. the file name turns out to be inadequate for the content and we cannot change it), so using File Commentor we can enter appropriate content in the commentary for better organization of the documents held or any other important data.

File Commentor boasts a clear user interface and allows you to comment on one or more files at the same time. An additional advantage of the program is the ability to place files in its window using the "drag and drop" technique.
