Cerebro is an open tool for convenient search of files and the Internet, launching programs and automation. The program was modelled on the one known from MacOS Spotlight, but it has slightly different possibilities - it gives search results from a local computer, as well as uses Google search engine and translator Yandex. The program can be extended with plugins to add more search sources.

Cerebro works just like Spotlight, but in many ways it is more practical. With its help you can quickly search the Internet (Google), translate words (Yandex Translate), find code fragments (Stack Overflow), videos (IMDB), perform calculations, convert currencies, run programs, search contacts and files, and even emotions appropriate to the situation. It all depends on which plug-ins will be installed.

It is also not a big problem to create your own plugins. In the settings you can select the shortcut that will start Cerebro. The program can have light or dark skin.
