BIT Registers is a correspondence handling program addressed to institutions: documenting the flow of letters, parcels, faxes and e-mails in the form of outgoing and incoming registers. It is fully compliant with the ordinance of 18 January 2011, which regulates the way in which this type of database is maintained and the rules governing the creation of archives of documentation in workplaces.
The advantage of the programme is the support for many types of institutions (e.g. municipal, county, local government authorities, but also schools and kindergartens) and related classifications of JRWA - we can select the appropriate item already at the first launch of the programme. Although the possibilities of the application are considerable, it does not overwhelm the user with the vast amount of information on the screen.
You can switch between the main functions from the legible ribbon at the top of the interface. Apart from the most important recording of correspondence flows, the program also allows you to manage registers of contracts, authorizations, contractors, create lists of cases and their metrics. Common functions for each mode of operation include searching for specific records in the database, sorting and filtering the displayed results, exporting the registry (or part of it) to a file and printing.
The trial version has been limited in time to 30 days of operation. After this time you can continue using the program, but its functionality will be limited. The following will be excluded:
the ability to print the postal waybill, add new entries to the contract and authorisation register, network elements, multiuser support and technical support.
