Bino is a simple, lightweight and extremely user-friendly multimedia player designed to watch both 2D and 3D movies. Bino is designed to be a convenient and reliable player to watch a variety of 2D or 3D video content. It supports stereoscopic 3D video, with different input and output formats, and supports and plays movies on multiple monitors (multi-display video), for example powerwalls or virtual reality or other multi projectors.

The player uses many different libraries, including OpenGL (available with some graphics cards) or FFmpeg and LibASS. Bino allows you to play back 3D movies depending on the technique of film recording (for example, left and right image or vice versa) and the traditional way, i.e. using a special monitor or TV and anaglyph glasses.

In addition to the standard buttons for video playback (scrolling, undoing or stopping), we can also select the appropriate film resolution, sound quality, turn on subtitles and set the input and output format. During video playback, we can also change the brightness, contrast, and saturation levels, and configure the rendering quality of the image.
