An excellent program presenting practically all information about the user's hardware and system. The program also suggests what should be done to improve system performance (including hardware changes). Allows you to save information in formats:

TXT, HTML, MHTML, MIF, INI, CSV and XML. AIDA32 contains comparative data for nearly 30,000 components. Despite the incredible possibilities, the program is intuitive and allows to find information about the appropriate level of sophistication for each user.

Unfortunately, the program is no longer developed (under this name and in this license form) because of the cooperation between the author and Lavalys Consulting Group. Note: For Windows 95/98/Me systems there may (but not necessarily) be a problem with displaying ATA and SMART options from the Magazine -> menu.

To fix this problem, copy the SMARTVSD.VXD file from the WindowsSystem folder to the WindowsSystemIoSubSys folder and restart the system. From this moment on in the tab: Storage ->

ATA we can get acquainted with the disk data: disk ID, serial number, disk buffer and the maximum PIO mode, UDMA disk and its current mode of operation, while in the tab Storage -> SMART Data SMART about our HDD.
