Active Directory Migration Tool (ADMT) is a tool issued by Microsoft that supports and facilitates the process of migration and restructuring of Active Directory infrastructure. Allows users, groups and computers to migrate from NT 4.0 to AD, between AD domains within the same forest or within different forests. It also translates the safety-related properties of these objects.

It is also possible to migrate local user profiles.
