Windows Installation Media Creation Tool is a small but useful tool for creating installation media for Windows 8.1. It is aimed at people who would like to install the latest version of Microsoft's operating system on their computer, but, for example, do not have a suitable DVD with the installer. The application allows you in a few simple steps to create an installation media for Windows 8.1 - in the form of a bootable USB disk or an ISO image to be recorded on a DVD.

It is enough to indicate the language version of the system, its edition and the architecture and type of the installation media. An active Internet connection is required for the program to work. All installer files are downloaded from Microsoft's external servers.

Importantly, a Windows 8.1 product key is also required to create the installation media. A suitable media can only be generated on computers running Windows 8.1, Windows 8 or Windows 7 with the same architecture (32-bit or 64-bit) as the computer on which Windows 8.1 will be installed.
