Windows 7 Logon Background Changer is a free, open application that lets you change the background of your Windows 7 login screen and display any wallpaper of your choice here. It cooperates with the final version of Seven as well as with the RC version. Importantly, the application does not change any system files.

One of the curiosities is the fact that Windows 7 Logon Background Changer - despite a very simple function - was written based on Windows Presentation Foundation, so the interface of the application with animations in 3D looks really interesting.
