WhiteStarUML is a tool developed by Janusz Szpilewski as a clone of a valued but for some time abandoned project called StarUML. The tool is dedicated to people involved in the process of software development, at various stages. The diagrams and UML charts created with its use facilitate communication between different specialists, managers and programmers concentrated within a given project.

Ready presentations in graphical form allow you to understand the software specification without the need for specialist programming knowledge. In addition to many diagram creation options and WhiteStarUML elements, WhiteStarUML also allows automatic generation of documentation and source code in C++, C# and Java languages based on the UML model. The functionality of the tool can be further extended by means of plug-ins.
