Make and Play Edition's VVVVVV game is a free version of the well-known retro-style platformer. The game takes place here on many levels designed by fans of the original, and the package also includes an editor to try to match them with their own ingenuity. The package was made public free of charge as a response to the very loud calls of the lovers of the original and in order to meet them.

The protagonist of this specially pixeled platformer is a nice man, who unfortunately cannot jump. On the other hand, he has the power to change gravity, once being able to walk normally on the ground and then running on the ceiling. Continuous switching is the basis of the game and a lot of interesting stages have been built on it.

The simplest are stylized as labyrinths, where the main danger are spikes, others throw the player into even slightly surrealistic worlds, filled with moving enemies. The luminaire has been specially maintained in the tone of projects from very old computers. The color palette has been deliberately limited so that computer users can focus on the fun of the game and not enjoy the fabulous graphics effects.

Playing is demanding and you have to show off your dexterity combined with good discernment in a situation on the screen. The whole is complemented by a fantastic sound, also naturally archaic. The VVVVVVV is a really nice leap into the past.
