sPlaylistMaker is a simple application for creating playlists in M3U and M3U8 formats. The program makes up for its somewhat poor functionality with its small size, no need for installation and simple operation. All you need to do is drag and drop all the songs you have selected into the appropriate area of the window and the playlist will be automatically generated from them in one of the supported formats.

By implementing the "drag-and-drop" mechanism, the creators took care of the convenience of loading large amounts of audio files. Playlists created with sPlaylistMaker are saved in the same location as songs loaded into the program. The application can also be operated from the command line.

Supported encoding standards include Unicode, ASCII and UTF-8.
