R2firma START is a free version of the integrated system to support R2firma. It provides comprehensive commercial and accounting services for the company, starting from warehouse service, through sales and cash register service, settlements and debt collection, up to fixed assets and bookkeeping enabling a complete settlement of income tax and VAT. The software is developed by Reset2, a Wrocław-based company known for its highly regarded R2Payer program for HR and payroll services.
Detailed capabilities of R2firma software are very extensive. They include entering and registering various documents such as purchase and sale VAT invoices (including export and advance invoices), posting orders; warehouse service, including automatic creation of warehouse documents, inventory sheets or PR+ and PR- discrepancy protocols;
VAT, PIT, CIT settlement (calculating VAT returns, PIT, CIT is of course done automatically after prior posting of documents); control of settlements with contractors, including m.Restrictions for defaulting counterparties and collection of receivables, recording of cash and bank reports; recording of fixed assets;
as well as creation of various types of analyses, reports and statements. All data from the system can be exported to other programs. You can also import data saved in text format.
R2firma is a combination of programs already known for a long time: R2fk or R2 Księga accountant (depending on the type of accounting) and R2faktura invoice and warehouse management software. They function as modules of the R2firma system and work on the same database.
This eliminates the need to import invoices from R2fk/R2 Księgi, and users, company data, bank accounts, counterparties, cash and bank reports and settlements are common to both modules. In addition, the data entered in one module are immediately visible in the other, archiving/playing the data includes data from both modules, the starter folder is common, and working in one module you can use the information entered in another, e.g. when viewing settlements with a contractor in R2fk you can see a printout of the invoice from which they originate.
The basic version of R2firma, marked as START, is fully free of charge. It is addressed to micro-entrepreneurs who, from 2018 onwards, have to meet the new obligations of the JPK. Using R2 START companies, they will be able not only to prepare and send JPK-VAT directly to the Tax Office, but also to manage and settle their business in a comprehensive manner.
The only limitations of START version are monthly limits (maximum 10 postings, 3 invoices, 3 PZ, 3 transfers, 3 fixed assets). There is no monthly limit to the number of entries in the VAT register, and there is no limit to the preparation and dispatch of JPK-VAT. In addition, there are two more extensive but already paid versions of the program, marked as STANDARD and PRO.
For the first 60 days, the program works with the most extensive functionality, giving you the opportunity to test all available options. After this period, functionality is limited to the START version. You can also buy a license and use more extensive capabilities, all previously entered data remain, of course.
