A program for keeping the so-called simplified accounting of the Wrocław-based company Reset2. R2 Księga enables comprehensive bookkeeping in the form of a revenue and expenditure book or a lump-sum revenue register, creation of VAT purchase and sale registers, recording revenues from the conducted business activity and other revenues, as well as storing information on fixed assets and company equipment. The program can also generate and send a Uniform Control File.

The application allows you to print out all necessary declarations and notifications to the Tax Office (VAT-7, VAT-7K, VAT-8, VAT-9M, VAT-UE with attachments VAT-UE/A and VAT-UE/B, VAT-UEK, VAT-R, VAT-Z, PIT-36L, PIT-28, PIT-28/A, PIT-28/B) and on their basis automatically transfers receivables to the US and ZUS (possibility to adjust the program to cooperate with any banking system). With its help we will settle the inventory, payments together with default interest, exchange rate differences in the case of foreign currency payments, as well as prepare monthly/quarterly statements of income tax due according to the scale or linear for the owner or partners. There was also the function of settling travel costs in private cars and vehicle mileage records, the cashier/bank module for creating cashier's reports, KP and KW payment documents, automatic posting of payments based on entries in the book or settlements with the contractor, as well as the option of receivables and liabilities management (collection of receivables, interest calculator calculating statutory/tax interest, etc.).

The program also gives the possibility to generate and send to the office of the Single Control File, gradually introduced in Polish enterprises. It contains information, encapsulated in XML, about business operations carried out in a given period of time. JPK files are generated automatically on the basis of data in the program.

The demo version has all the possibilities of the full version. The only limitation is to block printouts and data export after 60 days from the installation date. If you enter no more than 5 entries per month, a demo version allows you to work normally without time limits.
