PhoneRescue for Android is a tool that allows you to recover lost files from smartphones and tablets running on Android. After running PhoneRescue for Android you need to connect your Android device to your computer via USB. You should also activate the USB debugging feature in the smartphone or tablet software options, and check that your equipment is in airplane mode.

From the main PhoneRescue for Android window we can select or uncheck the data we would like to restore. Among the available categories you will find contacts, call history, messages, calendar, photos, music, videos, documents and more. Once you have done so, click the "next" button so that the program can start scanning (fast or accurate).

Before this happens, however, we need to allow the application to access our mobile device.
