A free tool for resizing and moving disk partitions without losing data. The program should be run from a floppy disk in a DOS environment. Before using it, you should first check and defragment the disk, e.g.

with the System Disk Defragmenter. When reducing partitions, Partition Resizer cuts off the last sectors, so they should not contain data. The program tests whether a partition reduction would cause data loss, you cannot reduce the partition size when its last sector is busy.
