mpSekretariat is an intuitive and convenient application designed to support the daily work of the secretariat. It enables easy monitoring of correspondence, task and meeting planning or customer relationship management. Among the functions offered by the program one can find a module for managing contractors, which allows for efficient access to all documents related to them, assignment of an individual price list to the contractor, form of payment, payment term, discount, or even trade credit.
From the mpSekretariat level it is possible to handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, decretion of correspondence to employees as well as storing attachments and sharing them among employees. mpSekretariat is also an extensive CRM module allowing for handling relations with customers and partners, planning tasks and reminders (including e-mail and/or SMS), running campaigns, setting up topics, controlling contact history and creating any number of calendars and synchronizing them with Google and Microsoft Live calendars. There were also tools for preparing and entering offers, handling incoming and outgoing orders, as well as controlling payments by customers.
