Service Manager is a program designed for companies dealing with the sale and service of photocopiers and other office equipment. It allows you to maintain a database of customers, their equipment and services. It enables planning of work for closer and further periods of time by systematic recording of dates of next planned service visits and recording of already reported services.
It reports on the services performed, the history of the device's operation and the entire service. As the author informs, work on the program was carried out in cooperation with existing services, which allowed to improve its functionality without creating tools that would not be used, or would be used very rarely.
