MemSet is a free program that allows you to change "on-the-fly" RAM parameters directly from Windows. Without entering the BIOS we have access to practically all the options related to memory clock and we can juggle the settings of individual parameters. The program does not require installation and runs on Windows 2000/XP/Vista/7 32 and 64 bit versions.
