Postman by CTI is a solution for the electronic transmission of documents. Thanks to the integration of the tool with Comarch ERP Optima and Comarch ERP XL software, the system operator is able to immediately send any electronic document to the customer. Delivery takes place automatically at the time indicated by the operator.

The program has a double dispatch blockade, so that each document will be sent only once by default and can automatically use data from the contractor's file, e.g. e-mail address for sending. The application allows you to send commercial documents such as invoices, receipts, pro-forma invoices and reservations of recipients, as well as warehouse documents WZ, RW, WZK, RWS and MM.

It stores information about the time of sending a document and receiving a message, the address of the recipient and acknowledgements of receipt of the message by the counterparty (optional).
