InstallMate is a useful tool designed for Windows software developers. It can be used to create advanced program installers, define the requirements for the supported platform, as well as forcing the installation of external components such as .Net Framework libraries or JRE runtime environment. The tool gives the user full control over all of the installer's attributes, actions and events generated within the installer.
