ELISOFT Invoices is a very good and free application for invoicing, enabling convenient documentation of all sales and purchase transactions. It also offers functions for creating and managing a database of contractors, employees and goods and services that are useful in most companies. The program gives the possibility to create documents concerning sales and purchases, including VAT invoices, pro-forma invoices and corrections.

The process of filling them in is very simple and in most cases it is limited to loading previously supplemented data of customers, goods or services. ELISOFT Invoices also has a module responsible for the creation of employee cards, which, apart from personal data, allows to collect information about the position occupied by a given person, the scope of duties, etc. The module is also used for the creation of employee cards.

The application is well suited to work on a single workstation, as well as multiple computers within a network. Access to the program is password-protected and the administrator can create separate accounts for each employee. Invoices prepared with ELISOFT can be printed as standard, but also sent directly from the program to the customer by e-mail.

The application enables the use of multiple bank accounts and multi-currency cash registers for recording payments. It issues invoices in PLN and EUR, automatically using NBP exchange rates. The built-in warehouse of goods and services allows for efficient inventory of assortment.

In addition, the user is provided with an integrated analysis module, which shows the company's turnover, demand for the offered goods, etc. in a clear, graphic way. ELISOFT Invoices can be successfully used not only for invoicing, but also for contacts with customers, monitoring payments and sending payment reminders, creating sales summaries, as well as recording costs and expenses in the company.
