ELISOFT Invoices and Warehouse is a recommendable, very user-friendly invoicing application, equipped with a warehouse service module. Apart from the standard functionality, it is one of the few to be able to create and print QR codes on documents, allowing contractors to make mobile payments using smartphones. The software is perfect for work on individual workstations as well as on computers within the local network.

It enables the issuance of all kinds of sales documents (sales, purchase, advance payment, margin, proforms and bills) in different currencies and using the current exchange rates of the National Bank of Poland. From ELISOFT Invoices and Warehouse we can also prepare invoices in foreign languages (English and German). The advantage of the program is the built-in set of templates for printouts with the possibility of any edition in an advanced editor.

There were also options to create your own printouts. Invoices issued using ELISOFT and Magazine can be conveniently printed, saved in PDF files or sent as an e-mail directly from the application level. The user can operate multiple bank accounts and multi-currency cash registers.

On the other hand, the order module allows you to keep records of orders placed by customers in various types of service companies, with the possibility of determining the stage of order execution, issuing proforms and invoices directly to orders with a single click. ELISOFT Invoices and Warehouse contains extended warehouse options, records sales and purchase of assortment using PZ/WZ/PW/RW documents, which is automatically linked to purchase and sale invoices. Allows you to carry out an inventory.

You can also use the application to settle invoices, contact customers, monitor payments, send reminders by e-mail, create sales summaries, and keep track of your own costs and expenses, whether in the form of purchase invoices or cash documents. The integrated analysis module allows you to perform graphical analysis of data on the basis of invoices, such as turnover, customer value, sales visualization by province or city, or sales analysis of goods and services.
