DrEryk is an application designed to organize the work of surgeries of family doctors, primary health care facilities, internal medicine surgeries and paediatric surgeries. It has functions such as printing prescriptions and keeping and printing medical records of the patient, patient's movement books, it also offers reports and has automatic alerts informing the doctor about the patient's condition. It contains several databases and dictionaries, e.g.

a database of drugs adjusted to POZ containing 17 thousand items, a database of ICD-10 codes, a database of patients, declarations and an administrative country with TERYT codes. DrEryk meets all the reporting requirements of the National Health Fund and other requirements imposed by the regulations applicable to healthcare providers. An additional advantage of the application is the possibility to import patient declarations from other programs, e.g.
