Core FTP LE is a free edition of a popular FTP client, which is characterized by rich functionality and speed of operation compared to the competition. The program supports all the most important protocols (SFTP, SSH, SSL, TSL, IDN), and its operation is simple and intuitive, even though there is no Polish language version. The interface resembles solutions used in other products of this type, so rather no one who has been in contact with other popular FTP clients should have any problem with finding their way in Core FTP LE.

The application allows you to copy and upload files (also using the drag-and-drop method), transfer between servers, resume transfer, and advanced users will appreciate the ability to work through the command line. Thanks to the integration with a browser and built-in support for ZIP archives, Core FTP LE allows for compression, decompression and password protection of newly created archives. In addition, it is also possible to view and edit files directly in the program window and save changes directly on the server.

The application also allows you to encrypt data and plan transfers along with sending e-mail notifications.
