CodeTwo Outlook Sync is a software for synchronizing calendars, contacts, tasks, messages and other Microsoft Outlook folders between two computers. CodeTwo Outlook Sync is dedicated to both office environment and individual users. The solution enables the synchronization of Microsoft Outlook data among co-workers, e.g.

an assistant and a manager, as well as at home, between a desktop computer and a laptop. The role of the program is to facilitate work by quickly making available on another computer all the information contained in Outlook, including contacts, e-mails, calendars and tasks. During the installation of the program, the user selects the computer that will synchronize with Outlook folders on another computer.

The type of shared data is defined by selecting selected Outlook folders. The entire configuration process takes a moment and is extremely easy to use. Free version of the tool allows you to synchronize only default folders of contacts and calendar.
